The Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2022 will be conducted on June 5, 2022 all over India.
The admit card can be downloaded through the official site of UPSC on http://upsc.gov.in.
The Union Public Service Commission along with the admit card has issued important instructions for candidates who will appear for the examination. The important instructions can be checked below.
Candidates will have to download the admit card and take a print out.
e-Admit Card must be preserved till the declaration of the final results of the Civil Services Examination, 2022.
No paper Admit card will be issued for this Examination.
The admit card should be produced at the allotted venue for appearing at the Examination.
The candidates are also required to carry along the Photo ID card, whose number is mentioned in the e-Admit Card, for appearing at each of session of the examination.
All appearing candidates will have to carry two identical photographs (one photograph for each Session) along with Photo ID card and the printout of eAdmit Card at the Venue of the Examination for appearing at the Examination with an undertaking.
Candidates will have to bring black ball point pen as the candidates shall be required to fill the OMR Answer Sheets and Attendance List with Black Ball Point Pen only. Along with it normal or simple wrist watches are allowed in the exam hall.

The Civil Services exam is conducted annually by the UPSC in three stages — preliminary, main, and interview — to select officers for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS) and Indian Police Service (IPS), and other Grade A and B posts in the central government and its departments.
Kerala Public Service Commission’s preliminary test for the 10th level, across various posts in 76 categories has been scheduled for 15th May. This is a common preliminary examination for all posts where a minimum qualification of 10th is required.

What is the 10th-level preliminary exam pattern?
This is the second time,
the 10th-level preliminary exam conducted as per the new pattern. The first
10th-level preliminary exam for 192 posts was held in four phases in February
and March 2021.
Kerala PSC 10th Level
Preliminary Examination consists of 100 questions with an OMR-based question
paper. One mark will be given for each correct answer. For every wrong answer,
0.33 marks will be deducted. No marks will be deducted for questions not
attempted or not answered.
The question paper

examination is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Selection Process
A common preliminary examination: As part of the new rules, PSC has introduced a two-tier examination system to all the 10th,12th and degree level posts. A preliminary examination is conducted for multiple posts which require the same educational qualification.
Main examination: The cut off is decided by PSC based on the number of vacancies, level of the examination, number of candidates attending the exam and many other factors. Candidates qualifying the prelims can write the main examination specific to each post.
Physical test: Candidates who clear the main exam are shortlisted for the physical test. A candidate has to qualify five out of 8 items in the physical test. A final rank list is made based on the marks in the main examination where the physical test is qualifying in nature. A separate rank list is generated for each district, and the cut-off may differ from district to district depending on the number of vacancies and other factors.
